Refund policy

Refunds go back to your marketplace balance straight away, to the same kind of balance that paid (card, crypto or bank). Here is when they apply.

The guarantee in detail

Network titles: live for 12 months from publication, and indexed within 14 days. Managed sites show their own terms on each listing; the terms on your order are the ones that apply.
If you notice a problem, report it from the order page. We have 7 days to restore the placement before we replace or refund it.
A replacement runs on a comparable title, at no charge, with a fresh guarantee.
The guarantee doesn't cover rankings, traffic or authority scores.

Unused balance

Your balance doesn't expire. If you close your account, we return unused balance to the method you paid with, less the top-up fee already charged on it.

How long refunds take

Refunds to your balance are immediate. Returns of unused balance to a card, wallet or bank account are usually processed within 5 business days; your bank or network may take longer to show them.
