What we collect and why

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
- Hetzner Online (Germany): hosting. Our servers are in Falkenstein, Germany.
- Stripe (card payments), NOWPayments (USDT/USDC payments) and Wise (bank transfers): to process top-ups. We never see full card numbers.
- Zoho: sending account and order emails.
- Google: only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in.
- Our support inbox (self-hosted Chatwoot): order conversations.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Cookies
We use only cookies needed for the site to work: one to keep you signed in and one to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Our page statistics don't use cookies. There's nothing to opt into or out of.
How long we keep it
- Invoices, payment and order records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to.
- Account data: while your account is open, then up to 2 years for queries and disputes.
- Security logs: up to 12 months. Waitlist details: until you ask us to delete them, or 2 years without contact.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or transfer it. Write to support@3rdunicorn.com; we reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
