Publisher terms
Version 2026-10-p1. These terms sit alongside our Terms of business.
1. What you may sell
Guest posts, link insertions, press releases and mentions on publications you own or control and have verified with us (a DNS record, a file or a meta tag). One listing per domain. You set, per listing, the link types you allow (dofollow, nofollow or rel="sponsored"), whether pieces are labelled sponsored, the number of links, the minimum length and your content rules. Everything you state on a listing is shown to buyers and binds you.
2. Buyers and their content
Buyers may be in any market. Each buyer declares at checkout that their content and links are legal in the markets they target and is responsible for them. You may decline an order you won't publish; tell us why (buyers never see your reason).
3. Delivery
Accept or decline each order within 2 business days; an order not accepted in time closes and the buyer is refunded. Publish within the days you set on the listing once the text is ready, then add the live URL. We check that the page is live, the link is there, its rel attribute matches the chosen link type and the label is present when your listing promises one.
4. Guarantee
You keep each placement live, unchanged, for the guarantee period on your listing. If a buyer reports it offline, restore it within 7 days. If it isn't restored, the buyer may be refunded in full and that amount comes off your balance.
5. Price and the 80/20 split
You set the price you want to receive. The buyer price is your price ÷ 0.8, rounded up to the next $5, so the buyer pays 25% more and you receive your price. If our desk writes the piece, the writing price stays with us and you receive your publishing price. If you offer writing, you set that price too.
6. Payouts
Your earning is credited when the live URL passes our checks and is held for 14 days, then becomes payable. Request a payout of at least $50 to bank transfer (Wise), PayPal, USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20) or Payoneer, or switch on the monthly automatic request on the 1st. We pay requests by hand within 5 business days. A refund after delivery comes off your balance; while your balance is below $0, payouts and your listings are paused.
7. Pauses and removal
We may pause or remove a listing or an account for missed orders, dead links, metrics that don't match what you stated, misleading content rules, or anything that breaks these terms. Each missed order and each refunded dead link is recorded on your account.
